Please Click Below to Continue Alabama State Law Library The Library has approximately 200,000 volumes in its collection, exclusive of microforms, making it one of the largest law libraries in the state. The Library is also one of the oldest U.S. Government Depository libraries in the United States, having been designated a depository in 1884. The current law library occupies approximately 38,000 square feet. It has a staff of 16 employees. It is a public law library, and its hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Jones Jr. Law Library Samford University Cumberland School Of Law Lucille Stewart Beeson Law Library University Of Alabama School Of Law Bounds Law Library The Bounds Law Library provides students, faculty, attorneys and other users with a substantial research collection of American, British Commonwealth, and international legal materials. The Library holds more than 250,000 bound volumes and 115,000 microform-equivalent volumes, and subscribes to over 3,000 periodicals and journals. More than 300 private carrels for research and study are available for students in the Library's 65,950 square feet.
