University Of Illinois School Of Law Albert E. Jenner, Jr. Memorial Law Library - Law libraries can seem overwhelming at first glance and the Albert E. Jenner, Jr., Memorial Law Library at the College of Law is no exception. It's an extraordinary collection of 730,000 volumes – the fourteenth largest academic law library in the United States – and offers access to thousands of electronic legal information sources. But visit the library reference desk just once and the stacks will seem far more manageable. The reason is simple: The library is staffed with seasoned, experienced attorneys who also boast library science degrees. These librarians, many of whom have been in law practice themselves, help guide students through the process of legal research and supplement lessons learned in class.
They are friendly, approachable, and technology-savvy. Helping students learn how to find the answer to a legal problem is their number one priority.
