Boycott Al Sharpton and His Mindless Minions!
Thursday, May 31, 2007, 09:11 PM - Freedom Of Speech
Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson are destroying race relations in America. It seems that Sharpton and Jackson believe the first amendment only applies to the black population. Sharpton is a bigot, Jackson has a love-child, and neither of them believes in what their so-called reverend titles would imply. Reverends? Of what? The church of bigotry, hypocrisy, and hatred, maybe? Jackson’s phrase was “himeytown”, Sharpton’s was “white interlopers” and “jewelry merchants”, and Chris Rock’s phrase is “crazy-ass crackers”. Everything is fine and should not be punished if said by a black person. I for one will stand up for their right to say the idiotic things they have said. I may not agree with them, but I will face the fact that they have the right to say what they want. The only “nappy-headed ho” in this whole issue is Sharpton. Sharpton is prostituting himself in the name of racism. What is his motive? It seems Sharpton is playing his race card well on this issue.

This issue with Don Imus means nothing when it comes to the relations between blacks and whites. You WILL get offended in America, get used to it. The only people in this World deserving an apology from Don Imus are the basketball players he was speaking of. These girls at Rutgers are not little pre-schoolers running around on the playground. They are tougher than anyone is giving them credit for. If Imus called one of these girls a “ho” in public they would jump on him and beat the hell out of him or they would stand the higher ground and call him a “crazy-ass cracker”. Either choice would have been justified.

Anyone with a functioning mind could determine from the context of the conversation that Imus was bantering back and forth with another host attempting to be funny. It did not work. Anyone that is paid to talk will eventually run out of intelligent thought at times. This is what I believe happened as the context was basically a bunch of gibberish trying to fill airtime. As a black man stated on one radio show, “the worst thing Imus could be criticized for is speaking Ebonics without certification”. I do not condone what he said, but I do believe that there is no reason why this issue has become a race war with the black population. Black people do not want a race war with white people, but Sharpton and Jackson do. This will keep them in the media spotlight for a while. This is what they do.

If Sharpton wants a race war, he can have one. He just does not realize that this war will not be between blacks and whites; it will be between Americans that believe in the first amendment (Americans of all ethnic backgrounds) and those that only blindly follow their bigoted leader Sharpton. Leaders of the NAACP have spoken out that they do not believe in what Sharpton is doing and that they believe in the first amendment. Many other leaders in the black community have spoken out also that they do not believe this issue is an issue at all. In America, being a capitalist and free society, people vote with their wallets and their feet. If people do not like what a radio host says, they change the channel. Do we need to call for all Americans who believe in the first amendment to boycott all of the spineless, weak-kneed sponsors of MSNBC who pulled out? It makes me sad that these companies are bowing down to Sharpton in shame as if they had just slapped their mothers. Do we need to boycott ANY company who sponsors or condones what Sharpton is doing? I say not just yes, but HELL YES!

I believe any company or individual condoning this man attempting to divide America should be punished. Forget the fact that Sharpton has scared them into submission. Let the numbers speak for themselves. Let these companies decide if they want to appease Sharpton and the other bigots that join with him or suffer from the vast majority of Americans of all backgrounds voting with their wallets. Decide what you think is right and vote accordingly.

The major problem with this whole situation is perception. Al Sharpton is still trying to make all black people think they are still victims in America. I believe race relations would improve if these so-called black leaders would teach black people to stand up for themselves by improving themselves, not by playing the victim and blaming racism for every problem in their lives. Many blacks have stated on the television news and radio shows that they do not have time for this issue as it does not bother them. Why, you ask? Because they are too busy leading their lives, supporting and enjoying their families, and trying to improve themselves by not bogging themselves down in the “victim mentality” that does nothing for black America.

No More Debate it is Either Global Warming or Global Warming or You are Fired!
Tuesday, May 29, 2007, 03:58 PM - Iran
Recently a survey was done with Americans to ask them if they believed in global warming and the question was quite simple which do you believe; Global Warming or Global Warming? Surprisingly enough 90% of the people said global warming. A few people didn't understand the question because it did not sound like a choice and therefore they did not answer.

Just because 90% of people believe something does not make it true and it is irrelevant to use a survey put on by the mass media hysteria asking the people who have been viewing their programming what they believe. Most people have surrendered their minds to the TV set and obviously they are going to answer exactly how they have been programmed.

So 90% of the people say they believe in global warming and therefore global warming is real? That is utterly ridiculous that is like saying 90% of the people in Islam believe the Koran is real and Allah is God and therefore he is and it is true. Pure truth, nothing but the truth. I hope you understand the point I'm trying to make here.

Now scientists are asked to be quiet if they don't believe in global warming; No More Debate it is Either Global Warming or Global Warming or You are Fired! The research facilities want the funding to study global warming and those studies and research better come up with the right answer or the money stops flowing, that doesn't make global warming real either.

Somewhere along the way many individuals gave up their belief due to social controls placed on them or outright belittlement either scientific domains or fear of losing their jobs. Is that science? I certainly hope this article is of interest and that is has propelled thought. The goal is simple; to help you in your quest to be the best in 2007. I thank you for reading my many articles on diverse subjects, which interest you.

President Bush was Right - The Strongest Defense is a Strong Offense!
Tuesday, May 29, 2007, 03:00 PM - Politics
It must be time for another presidential election as the rhetoric is heating up again. The democrats say President Bush has not done his job, but in reality the President's job is to protect the American People and he has done that. In fact that really is the Federal Government's number one job, to "Protect the American People!"

When Bill Clinton ran for office if you will remember, he kept saying; "It is About the Economy Stupid!" Well, let's look at the economy shall we? Looks pretty good to me, how about you? If you really look at it - President Bush has lived up to his job and done well at it. No matter what selective reading material you use it should be obvious what is going on.

We have a smear campaign going on against the Bush Administration as the Democrats aid our enemies in anti-Administration talk, which supports Hugo Chavez, Leader of Iran and other problematic people in the world. This is a serious crisis and very bad for our strong Republic. Of course it is now un-politically correct to talk about the truth.

The best defense for our nation is a strong and robust ominous offense and the sooner everyone gets on the same page the safer our nation will be. Listen up America, this is really simple, it is called living strong. If we fail in this common cause of ours we risk all we are an all we have built. Weakness is not an American Trait and weakness in the face of your adversary only emboldens them. Think on this.

Yes, It Really Is That Simple.
Sunday, May 27, 2007, 09:41 PM - International - Misc
You can tell when someone has a political agenda that doesn't mesh with common sense. How you ask? It's easy to do because one of the first comments to come out of their mouth is to claim "it's not that simple" when you give a simple, common sense solution to the problem that they are looking to defend. They then tear off into long winded diatribes trying to explain why things are not "that simple".

It doesn't matter whether they are hard core liberals that would prefer the former Soviet Union to America, soft core liberals who are unable to fully commit to the communist nanny state and are content to give socialism a whirl, pseudo-conservatives, wanna-be libertarians or anarchists. They all use the same excuse.

But I am here to tell you that nine times out of ten yes, it really is "that simple". That one time out of ten where something isn't "simple" is like when you are trying to explain to a wacko-environmentalist, without any idea about how complicated the Earth is, that when you take into account the sun and all the normal activities on the planet that release things like CO2 into the atmosphere how it is idiotic to blame man for global warming.

As an author published on a myriad of sites around the internet, every week the "it's not that simple" crowd comes out of the woodwork trying to complain that topics I discuss in 1500 words or less simply do not address the "real depth of the problem". You can insert whatever "problem" you want. But the fact is that even if I were to write an entire 300 page book on the "problem" they still wouldn't be satisfied.

This is all because they think that they, and only they, understand the "real depth of the problem". But what you find when going through their rants and wails is that such complaints are little more than rambling excuse making designed to do nothing more than promote inaction on whatever the issue is. Then maybe they even put themselves or one of their like thinkers up as a potential arbiter and to accrue power.

The examples are numerous of this type of action.

For example, take an issue like illegal immigration. Why that's not as simple as simply holding people that violate U.S. Immigration law accountable for their actions they say. They scream about "the children" that these illegals put in a bind by choice, moan about how these criminals are really hard workers, that we should look the other way, that we need them and claim that they aren't really criminals even though they have already broken the law. I'm here to tell you that yes, it is simple to solve the problem. You deport them and enforce the border and the law.

What about Social Security and Medicare that people have paid into under threat of going to jail? Why, that's not so simple either! So many people depend on it! People would suffer if we tinkered with the Holy Grails of American socialism! I'm here to tell you that yes it is "that simple" to fix. You stop collecting the taxes and repay the money that is owed (more correctly stolen at gun point) by cutting back on bridges to nowhere, government subsidies to shrimp farmers, and any number of other unconstitutional pork expenditures. You tell people to embrace their liberty and save for their own retirement instead of taking the money out of other people's pockets.

What about Welfare, Medicaid, food stamps and other social welfare programs which are nothing more than devious wealth redistribution schemes? Why, there are so many that would suffer because only the nanny state must be their savior! Oh no, that's definitely not that simple! And you might even hear cries again of "the children" that will suffer. Nope, still simple. Sorry. You stop spending the money on the federal level and let the power for such programs and charity return to where it belongs; the people and the States.

Ok, the "it's not that simple crowd" scowls, what about foreign countries run by piss ant dictators that continue to fund and harbor terrorists and make military threats openly to the United States? "Oh my!" the hand wringers shout, "We've made them hate us so!". These international confrontations are so complex! Sorry, simple again. These people have never liked us and never will. Look at history. In the immortal words of the late Ronald Wilson Reagan "We begin bombing in five minutes".

How about energy independence from many of these same tin horned, third world despots? "Oh!", the naysayers moan, "it's not possible". I'm telling you that it is possible and it is easy. You simply get back to the concept of private property, return to the limited powers of the federal government defined in the Constitution and let states decide how to lease their own oil rich land instead of letting nebby do gooders in Maine, Pennsylvania and California tell Alaska what they can and cannot do. And you let private citizens invent better and cheaper ways of powering our lives. It worked before and it will work again.

"Ok Mr. Smarty Pants!" they cry. Tackle budget deficits! Sigh. This is just as simple as all the problems discussed so far. Stop spending so darn much! Don't spend more than you bring in and stop the pork barrel spending and vote buying so prevalent in government. But again, they don't like to hear that because of that whole personal responsibility thing again.

"Harrumph!" they call out, "Well, what about all these poor people that signed mortgages that they couldn't afford and are now facing foreclosure and the loss of their homes by the evil banks!" What is it with you people? Don't you believe in the freedom to contract and any sort of responsibility by people for their own actions? This is again so simple. You let people deal with their own inability to read a piece of paper before signing it and figuring out whether they have enough money each month to pay the bill rather than creating a boogey man to blame and sue.

But what about eliminating confiscatory taxes and a progressive income tax system that would be the wet dream of Karl Marx? No, no, no the whiney babies pound and stomp. "We need those taxes!" they shout, "And besides the rich don't pay their 'fair share'! That's why we don't have enough money!" Still yet a simple solution. You institute a constitutional tax system and live within your means like us regular Americans are forced to do unless we want the bank to come and take our houses, cars, and other such stuff.

I could go on and on, but you get the point. And right now the "it's not that simple" excuse makers are foaming at the mouth and their vision is blurry because I have dared to speak the truth. Some of them are probably even now stumbling in rage over to their keyboards right now to tell me that "it's not that simple".

But like I said, I rarely talk about an issue that doesn't have a "simple" solution to it. The real problem is that the "simple" solution does one thing that all the pretenders who claim to believe in liberty and true believers of left wing ideologies I mentioned at the start of this article don't like; it takes away power from them. If situations are beyond your comprehension and complex, then someone "smarter" than you (i.e. the "it's not that simple" crowd) has to be in charge. And without being in charge and having power somehow their lives become empty and meaningless.

As for me however, I will continue to talk about the problems and the oh so simple solutions. You know, solutions that are found when we, as Americans, stop trying to make excuses and expand government beyond its legitimate functions in order to control each and every one of us and force compliance with ideologies that, more often than not, violate even basic common sense.
