Did the Holocaust really happen? Did Adolf Hitler really murder six million Jews? Maybe the truth is that they all simply got on board a space ship to colonize other planets? Or maybe it is more likely that they all committed mass suicide and threw themselves into the ovens and gas chambers as part of a Zionist conspiracy against good old Uncle Adolf?

These are the questions Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad set out to answer by gathering together what can only be described as characters that if they weren’t here on Earth would be sitting in the seats of Mos Eisley Spaceport. To call them a collection of “scum and villainy” however might even be an understatement considering that former Imperial Wizard of the KKK, David Duke was but only one of the attendees.

Discussing whether or not the Holocaust happened is like questioning if the sun rose this morning. You can look up and you can see the sun just like you can look up and see the remnants of the Holocaust including those that are still alive and were scared by it bearing the tattooed numbers from the depravity. Not to mention that the vast graves and horrid collections of trinkets made from the skin and bones of murdered Jews would tell anyone with even the intelligence of a ripe tomato that “Yes Virginia, there really was a Holocaust.”

At times President Ahmadinejad has tried to back track his statements saying that he is simply uncertain of, and not willing to believe, that so many were murdered by evil madmen. I guess it all depends on how you define “holocaust” eh Mahmouy my boy?

And now that his little conference has ended and he has once again called for the destruction of the Zionist empire, President Ahmadinejad needs to find some way to keep attention on him until he gets a nuclear weapon and starts making good on his multitude of threats. So I thought that maybe we could explore what will be next for President Ahmadinejad to “investigate”.

First up? How about the moon landing? After all, for years it has been questioned and it has been proposed by conspiracy theorists that it was just a stunt staged on some back lot set in Hollywood. Maybe Mahmoud can get to the bottom of this for us by calling together a group of moon landing deniers. Then they can all sit around and pat themselves on the back after a two day conference and congratulate themselves on how they proved the moon landing never occurred because they said it didn’t. Maybe he can try to convince everyone the Jews were behind that too.

OH! I know! He can investigate 9/11 and finally get to the truth once and for all. That truth? Why nothing other than that Dick Cheney and George Bush flew the planes into the World Trade Centers themselves by remote control, that Donald Rumsfeld fired the cruise missile which hit the Pentagon after disguising it to look like a plane and that Condi Rice was responsible for hiding the passengers on flight 93 after they were off loaded in Cleveland. He will probably also claim to know exactly location of the mass grave where their bodies are buried. And to boot he can prove that all the Jews really were warned to stay home so that they wouldn’t die in the so-called “terrorist attack”.

Next? How about the assassination of JFK? I’m sure that with his gold level membership in the Tyrants of the World Club President Ahmadinejad could easily sit down with his fellow left wing cuckoos and conclusively show that President Kennedy was killed by a single top secret United States munition that was able to duck and weave and arrive on the stretcher unscathed. I would further suggest that he get Snarlin’ Arlen “Single Bullet” Specter to chair this investigation.

But then what? Well, there is the still “unsolved” murder of Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman. Perhaps President Ahmadinejad could hit the links with O.J. and discover the identity of the real killers? It was probably the Jews but we will know for absolute certain after the in-depth and thoughtful investigation Mahmoud will certainly conduct.

Then after that he can form a commission to find Amelia Earhart. She’s been missing for an awfully long time and I’m sure that President Ahmadinejad can discover the truth that the United States had her killed because she was really the daughter of a human/alien cross breeding project. Of course it will also be shown to be a plot conceived by the evil Jews just like everything else is.

Then there’s the question about what really happened in Siberia on June 30, 1908. Was it an asteroid? Perhaps more aliens? Or maybe it was just a cow with really bad gas? Mahmoud can certainly get to the bottom of it using the same sort of setting he used to investigate the Holocaust and once again link the Zionists to this event as well.

And you know what else he can tackle? Donut holes! How do they get them in the donuts? I’m sure that with Mahmoud on the case we will quickly discover them to be a Zionist plot just like the “myth” of the Holocaust. He’ll probably also let us all know how the secret ingredient in donuts is the blood of Palestinian babies placed there by the evil Jews.

And last but not least “Adolf” Ahmadinejad can hold a conference to FINALLY get to the bottom of the age old question of “How many licks DOES it take to get to the center of a Tootsie Roll Tootsie Pop?” And to do it he can gather together a bunch of people that will deny the existence of the “Tootsie Pop” entirely and claim that the Tootsie Pop is a construct of the evil Zionists to take over the planet.

I’m sure there are more cases for Mahmoud to crack. But I firmly believe that by the time he runs through this list he will have accomplished his goal of having nuclear weapons and won’t need any more distractions and stunts to gain attention. He’ll have all the attention he could possibly want then.

Joint and several liability is important in personal injury actions and was created to protect the injured. Two elements need to exist for joint and several liability to apply: (1) negligent cause of action, and (2) two or more defendants. Under joint and several liability, each defendant is jointly responsible for all economic damages awarded in favor of plaintiff, regardless of the percentage of fault found against any particular defendant. What does this mean and why is it important? Here is an example:

A pedestrian is struck by a motorist while crossing the street. She has $100,000 in medical bills and lost income. Medical bills and lost income are called economic damages because they are objectively verifiable monetary losses. Hence, she has $100,000 in economic damages. The pedestrian sues the motorist and the City where the accident occurred for failing to place a street light at the intersection.

At trial, the jury allocates 99% of fault to the motorist and 1% of fault to the City. However, the motorist is uninsured. Is the pedestrian out of luck? No, because joint and several liability applies in this scenario. Because the City was also found to be at fault, it is jointly liable for all of the pedestrian's economic damages. This means that the City is also responsible for all of the pedestrian's economic damages, totaling $100,000.

However, the City is not jointly liable for the pedestrian's non-economic damages, which are subjective, non-monetary losses, such as pain and suffering. Instead, it is liable only for the amount of non-economic damages allocated to it in direct proportion to the City's percentage of fault. Hence, if the jury awards the pedestrian general damages of $100,000 for pain and suffering, the City is only responsible for 1% or $1,000 of the general damages.

Experienced attorneys often use joint and several liability to their advantage when litigating cases against parties claiming limited liability. Hence, if you are involved in a lawsuit with multiple defendants and have high economic damages, the services of an attorney become invaluable. This article strictly talks about California law. The past hundred years this country has been debating whether to negotiate or fight a foe. We stood on the sideline after WWI and watched Hitler build up his army and signed treaty after treaty with him until it was too late to do anything small to stop him. Then we and others killed 50 million people trying to put down the Japanese, Germans and Italians. And at the same time allowed the Russians to think they could take over the world.

I realize these things are complex and I'm not trying to say we did anything right or wrong. The generation that killed the 50 million people are proudly called the greatest generation. Is that what it takes, to let things go until they are out of hand then kill millions and you have done everything right or are we trying to justify what we did.

I could go on and on talking about all the things that have gone on the past 100 years including the second Iraq war. There the Democrats and some Republicans say we should negotiate with everyone and that negotiations will solve the problem. It sounds like the pre-WWII policies all over again. I don't understand why people can't learn from the past.

Here's a suggestion and some comments to all those that say negotiations will always work. When a person robs a bank and takes a few hundred dollars we put the person in prison. Why not negotiate with him and give him a new house, a car and other things he or she wants rather than waste ten times more by incarcerating the person and making him or her a worse person. The person hasn't really done that much wrong.

Then there are incidents where a person commits three petty crimes and is put in prison with the three strikes and you are out the Clinton administration pushed through congress. I say treat them like Carter did the North Koreans, give them what they want and turn you head and save the problem for a future generation.

Finally, if negotiating with a rogue government works and offering incentives to get them to not do that anymore works then try it on all the criminals and as I said. Offer them a new house, money and the promise of security if they will quit doing what they have done. Then if they do it anyway, increase the incentives until they have what they want.

If it works on the international scene then why not the individuals that are costing us billions that are in prison.

To what purpose does Ahmadinejad continue to promote denial of the Holocaust? There are several very apparent (delineated by himself and his chief mentor Mohammad Ali Ramin). First as he recently stated in an interview in Time Magazine after the close of the Holocaust Symposium hosted in Iran, he mentioned the goal of "establishing the truth of the Holocaust". The "Truth" he wishes to establish is that the atrocities were created as a pretext for the US and Great Britain to establish the State of Israel.

Short of that, he also wishes to emphasize that the Palestinians had nothing to do with them and thus are the ultimate victims of the establishment of the Zionist State. The penultimate purpose is to demonize, in order Israel, the U.S. and Great Britain. All to enhance his esteem, not in Iran, but in the larger Islamic world.

Ahmadinejad has growing problems in his own country. Unemployment is high, the economy is tenuous at best and extremely vulnerable to well crafted sanctions (even if limited to a coalition of the willing) and a population that at present is friendly to the U.S..

In the recent elections, Ahmadinejad was dealt a blow to his base by an electorate growing weary of his chest beating while ignoring their concerns and the reconstituting of the strength of former President Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani as a political opponent.

In recent speeches, Mohammad Ali Ramin has used the occasions to cast the Israelis as responsible for everything from the death of Jesus to the plague. His direct quote:


"But among the Jews there have always been those who killed God’s prophets and who opposed justice and righteousness. Throughout history, this religious group has inflicted the most damage on the human race, while some groups within it engaged in plotting against other nations and ethnic groups to cause cruelty, malice and wickedness.

Historically, there are many accusations against the Jews. For example, it was said that they were the source for such deadly diseases as the plague and typhus. This is because the Jews are very filthy people. For a time people also said that they poisoned water wells belonging to Christians and thus killed them,"

This is only one thread in the constant blistering attack from Ahmadinejad and his mentor against the Jewish state and those that created it. Ahmadinejad makes similar encantations daily building them into a mantra for the most radicalized of those that have come to idolize his persona.

As a method of building consensus amongst these same constituencies the common line of rhetoric goes thus:


"The second theory is that the Americans and the British have cooked up this story along with the Zionists, so as to create the state of Israel in the middle of the Islamic world and thus control the Islamic world using the pretext of the Holocaust, while also getting rid of the Jews from Europe…"

Adopting a central theme of Nazi propagandist Herman Goebbels (if you tell a lie often enough, it becomes the truth...at least for those you wish to utilize for some more dangerous purpose), the process of demonizing Israel and de-legitimizing the reasons for the establishment of the State of Israel, Ahmadinejad chips away at the underpinnings of the security of the State of Israel by eroding support among the European (younger, those to young to remember) populace. He knows he cannot do so in the U.S., he is not concerned about that. Ahmadinejad only seeks to erode support in Europe under the mistaken belief that the U.S. has been so weakened politically by the turmoil over Iraq that we are frozen in the headlights.

There are very real dangers in his machinations. The radical Islamic base seeks any pretext to foment growing hatred of Israel and the U.S. in hopes of motivating either individual terror attacks against either or eventually a direct attack on Israel by one of its proxies that may trigger a much larger war among the regions competing entities. They figure they stand to win in either scenario. False steps by emboldened Democrats oblivious to the moral undercurrent of history or The folly of the ISG report only strengthen the resolve of the enemies of civilization.

There is still yet another possible trigger that the Iranian leader seeks to irritate, that of the Israelis' stated position of pre-emptively preventing the next holocaust. He should be careful what he wishes for.
