Order Promulgating Amendments to Rules of
the Minnesota State Board of Continuing Legal Education effective January 1,
2004
NOTICE
On October 31, 2003, the Supreme Court issued an order amending the Rules
of Criminal Procedure to eliminate the requirement for mandatory sentencing
transcripts and adopted 3 new forms. These amendments take effect Wednesday,
November 5, 2003.
On November 10, 2003, the Supreme Court issued an order amending the Rules
of Juvenile Delinquency Procedure to eliminate the mandatory transcript
requirement in extended-juvenile jurisdiction proceedings and adopted a new
form. These amendments to the Juvenile Delinquency Rules take effect Friday,
November 14, 2003.
